Right-click the file called QLine Remote Support in your Downloads and choose Run as administrator.
This lets your engineer fix things properly. Opening it with a normal double-click still works, but they will not be able to install anything or see Windows permission prompts.
If Windows shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” box, click More info, then Run anyway.
If a small window appears, click Connect.
Leave it open and tell your engineer — they will appear on your screen.

This does not install anything on your computer. It runs only while the window is open, and closing it ends our access completely.

Windows may show the publisher as PC Repair Leeds Ltd — that is us. QLine IT is the trading name of PC Repair Leeds Ltd.
